Daniel Pires made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardo Sá in the 26th minute. The supporters of Luso booed when Lilela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Pires didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hélder Lima went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Lilela booed when Luso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélder Jesus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute of the match Pedro Paredes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Antonio Bertele showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Daniel Pires stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hélder Lima's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Lilela's Daniel Pires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Sá in the 39th minute of play. Inácio Assunção kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Hélder Lima made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Cristiano Pedroso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Pires. Lilela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristiano Pedroso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 58 minutes into the match, Lilela's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Ramos came free, but Daniel Pires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luso's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Amadeu Porto 61 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 5-1. Luso's Hélder Jesus got his second yellow card of the match in the 67th minute. The referee ordered Hélder Jesus off the ground. In the 68th minute, Hélder Jesus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Karlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Karlsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
