Spectators: 5450 (Terracing: 4150, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ricardo Resende took the kick off in the first half of the match. Olívio Pedroso kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Flávio Pimentel came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by SCPXICO's Adelino Jesus. But to his dismay, Adelino Jesus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After having played for 6 minutes, Pedro Moniz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SCPXICO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Moniz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Olívio Pedroso kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Pedro Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastião Sacramento in the 13th minute of the match. SCPXICO's Pedro Cardoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Resende in the 26th minute of play. Adelino Jesus in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Flávio Pimentel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Pedro Moniz came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the SCPXICO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Moniz couldn't finish the play. Pedro Moniz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 38th minute. SCPXICO's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Flávio Pimentel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Moniz in the 47th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Pedro Moniz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Flávio Pimentel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Flávio Pimentel didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when SCPXICO's Pedro Moniz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 58th minute Adelino Jesus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flávio Pimentel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Bento Bessa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Flávio Pimentel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The SCPXICO fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when SCPXICO's Adelino Jesus looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Flávio Pimentel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bento Bessa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Gesteira's Ricardo Resende got a free kick in the 73rd minute. If Pedro Moniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78thth minute of the game Adelino Jesus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gesteira's Flávio Pimentel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Adelino Jesus managed to get in a good position for a shot. SCPXICO's supporters rose to their feet, but Adelino Jesus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flávio Pimentel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute Pedro Moniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flávio Pimentel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Cardoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Resende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adelino Jesus in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flávio Pimentel saved Gesteira from getting behind. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SCPXICO fully deserved thier win.
