Spectators: 6651 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1651, VIP seats: 0) Júlio Câmara started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Albertino Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Câmara in the 12th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Passarias FC's Albertino Cruz threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ricardo Prada, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Rodrigo Dantas fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored sp covilhã's protests and gave Rodrigo Dantas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, one of sp covilhã:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for sp covilhã. When the match had been going on for 25 minutes, Passarias FC's Antero Lameirinhas got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Albertino Cruz. Albertino Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Câmara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. sp covilhã's Albertino Cruz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save sp covilhã from getting a goal against them. 42 minutes into the match, Julião Rios dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Albertino Cruz, 2-0. sp covilhã's Albertino Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Câmara in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hélder Correia to strike the kick off in the second half. Albertino Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Câmara in the 53rd minute of play. Amadeu Rodrigues hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute Emanuel Meira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertino Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Afonso Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. sp covilhã's João Rodrigues was substituted for Pedro Dantas. The supporters of Passarias FC booed when sp covilhã was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute Emanuel Meira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertino Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Hélder Correia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hamilton Castanheira. Hélder Correia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. The throw-in from Amadeu Rodrigues in the 81st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by sp covilhã's Afonso Barbosa. After 87 minutes, Hélder Correia made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Passarias FC's Hamilton Castanheira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 94 minutes into the game, Afonso Barbosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. sp covilhã's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Passarias FC the free kick. In the 95th minute, Afonso Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Passarias FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
