Eliseu Carmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Barros in the 16th minute of the match. Alexandre Guerreiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião Gama in the 17th minute of play. If Hugo Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastião Gama in the 26th minute of play forced SEQUA FC's goalkeeper Alexandre Guerreiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Hugo Barros made a precise shot to the right of Eliseu Carmo. Dragões FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 31st minute of the match, Nicolau Durães tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alexandre Guerreiro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alexandre Guerreiro made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Nicolau Durães sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, SEQUA FC's Alexandre Guerreiro got control of the ball when Sebastião Gama tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Franco Lermo during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th minute Nicolau Durães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Guerreiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandre Guerreiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastião Gama, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute, Nicolau Durães left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dragões FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 88th minute Sebastião Gama shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Guerreiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the SEQUA FC defense, Nicolau Durães kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexandre Guerreiro. The SEQUA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexandre Guerreiro should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolau Durães in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexandre Guerreiro saved SEQUA FC from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Dragões FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
