The supporters of Trajinha FC booed when TIGER TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Pacheco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Trajinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Pimenta came free, but Caetano Graça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Amílcar Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfredo Pádua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júlio Maltez having to interfere. Júlio Maltez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amílcar Pires in the 28th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Amílcar Pires dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Júlio Maltez, 1-0. Alfredo Pádua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, TIGER TEAM's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alfredo Pádua fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Altino Lobato's late challenge caught a Trajinha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Altino Lobato helped the player get up and apologised. Altino Lobato hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Júlio Maltez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amílcar Pires in the 37th minute of play. When Amílcar Pires came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Trajinha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amílcar Pires couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in TIGER TEAM's zone, Alfredo Pádua stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Júlio Maltez came out of the goal and Alfredo Pádua tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Samuel Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Norberto Sobral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caetano Graça having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Norberto Sobral kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Caetano Graça. That made the score 1-2 in the 59 minute of play. After a rather tough play, TIGER TEAM's Altino Lobato got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Caetano Graça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Sobral in the 69th minute of play. A hard shot by Xavier Brites from long distance, 94 minutes into the match, got Caetano Graça's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 97 played minutes TIGER TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Brites. Alfredo Pádua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 100th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. TIGER TEAM's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
