Mattias Björkdahl took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Donato Palha. Donato Palha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 15th minute, SC People's Bento Rocha seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bento Rocha the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SC People protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bento Rocha had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Bento Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. SC People's Miguel Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Torcato in the 17th minute of play. Amadeu Azenha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Epifanio Erosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Donato Palha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeu Azenha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaspar Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Osvaldo Valadão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Myron FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Pedro Veiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeu Azenha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miguel Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Torcato in the 48th minute of the match.

The supporters of Myron FC booed when SC People was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mattias Björkdahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute Epifanio Erosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Palha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Myron FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Oliveira came free, but Donato Palha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Epifanio Erosa in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donato Palha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 88 minutes, Leonardo Torcato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Myron FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonardo Torcato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, SC People's Miguel Mota got control of the ball when Amadeu Azenha tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute, Nuno Oliveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
