With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Tavares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, SC Formarigo's Jacinto Barros got a free kick in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Pafarrao booed when SC Formarigo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amílcar Ferro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Júlio Lima hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Pafarrao's António Vaz became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-2. António Vaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heitor Vale in the 89th minute of the match. Pedro Paiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Heitor Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SC Formarigo had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
