Jaime França started the match with the kick off. Francisco Mourão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bento Barros in the 4th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in ....F.C.B. Kasquilhos....'s zone, Bento Barros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Mourão came out of the goal and Bento Barros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind ....F.C.B. Kasquilhos....'s goalkeeper Francisco Mourão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ....F.C.B. Kasquilhos....'s Francisco Mourão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bento Barros in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to ....F.C.B. Kasquilhos.... getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Cristiano Fagundes hit a great ball. Artur Martins struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Francisco Mourão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Traquinai. In the 28th minute, Claudemiro Teixeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artur Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Francisco Mourão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Artur Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bento Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Mourão having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, ....F.C.B. Kasquilhos....'s goal looked a bit too open when Bento Barros came free, but Francisco Mourão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in ....F.C.B. Kasquilhos....'s zone, Artur Martins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Mourão came out of the goal and Artur Martins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 48 minutes into the game, one of SC Traquinai:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 50th minute of the game, ....F.C.B. Kasquilhos.... got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bento Barros to make the kick off. Manuel Trindade came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by ....F.C.B. Kasquilhos....'s Danilo Maciel. But to his dismay, Danilo Maciel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Artur Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Francisco Mourão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bento Barros struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Francisco Mourão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Traquinai. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Bento Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Traquinai's supporters rose to their feet, but Bento Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Mourão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of ....F.C.B. Kasquilhos.... booed when SC Traquinai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiago Pedroso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in ....F.C.B. Kasquilhos....'s zone, Bento Barros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Mourão came out of the goal and Bento Barros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to ....F.C.B. Kasquilhos.... getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Cristiano Fagundes hit a great ball. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by ....F.C.B. Kasquilhos....'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nuno Sousa was slow to take the kick. During this time SC Traquinai's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to SC Traquinai's Jorge Gonçalves getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Bento Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, SC Traquinai's Bento Barros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francisco Mourão narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Artur Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Francisco Mourão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The ....F.C.B. Kasquilhos.... support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
