When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Augusto Vidigal put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jacob Miguéis. Isidro Leiria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Jacob Miguéis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, F.C. Olinda's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Vidigal came free, but Jacob Miguéis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augusto Vidigal's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Jacob Miguéis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 34 played minutes F.C. Olinda got a freekick which was hit by Zeferino Pais. A nice corner shot did that Lucílio Amaro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jacob Miguéis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Isidro Leiria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Vidigal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jacob Miguéis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vítor Nascimento made a kick off. Zeferino Pais's late challenge caught a Morrones S.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeferino Pais helped the player get up and apologised. Zeferino Pais hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the game, Augusto Vidigal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jacob Miguéis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Isidro Leiria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacob Miguéis having to interfere. In the 67th match minute, F.C. Olinda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amado Pessoa to maneuver through the defense. Lucílio Amaro succeeded in the game's 68th minute to get real power on a long shot . F.C. Olinda's Jacob Miguéis hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 4-0! In the 76th minute of the match Delfim Pimenta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jacob Miguéis skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 82 minutes, Filipe Igrejas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. Olinda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filipe Igrejas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85thth minute of the game Augusto Vidigal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Olinda's Jacob Miguéis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 87th minute, Isidro Leiria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isidro Leiria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Vidigal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacob Miguéis having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Morrones S.C had won after a very even match.
