Daniel Torres came out of the goal and Basílio Vieira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If André Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Rodrigues blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Torres having to make a save. Basílio Vieira might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Torres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Basílio Vieira ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniel Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Amaral in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Basílio Vieira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Daniel Torres, 1-0. Basílio Vieira struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Daniel Torres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rodrigueiros.F.C. When Rodrigueiros.F.C's Basílio Vieira in 18 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Daniel Torres guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Basílio Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Daniel Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Basílio Vieira in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Torres saved Dark Wolves F.C from getting behind. Daniel Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Rodrigues in the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Dark Wolves F.C's Altino Pestana got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute Basílio Vieira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Dark Wolves F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Basílio Vieira came free, but Daniel Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When André Rodrigues came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Rodrigueiros.F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André Rodrigues couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute, Basílio Vieira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Basílio Vieira took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Torres. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basílio Vieira made a kick off. After some careless play in the Dark Wolves F.C defense, Basílio Vieira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Torres. The Dark Wolves F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Torres should have stopped the shot. Basílio Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. The audience was convinced that Basílio Vieira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Torres was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basílio Vieira in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The tension between the Dark Wolves F.C and the Rodrigueiros.F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Rodrigueiros.F.C booed when Dark Wolves F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Novais didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basílio Vieira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Torres having to make a save. Daniel Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basílio Vieira in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Rodrigueiros.F.C were the better team. Rodrigueiros.F.C's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
