With an all-out effort, GORNIK PIASKI's Fodor Daniel threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hugon Pincoski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. GORNIK PIASKI's Hugon Pincoski got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Boguslaw Zawaski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marc-André Van Bastén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fodor Daniel was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Marc-André Van Bastén capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal.
