Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adelino Alcântara in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingos Guarda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Viriato Mendonça came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the SC Agracoes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viriato Mendonça couldn't finish the play. If Gervásio Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quintino Figueira came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Agracoes's Belchior Garcia. But to his dismay, Belchior Garcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jorge Correia might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domingos Guarda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jorge Correia ran back to his position shaking his head. Adelino Alcântara received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Domingos Guarda came out and tried to block the shot, but Adelino Alcântara slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 45th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Adelino Alcântara made the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Adelino Alcântara notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of SC Agracoes's Domingos Guarda. Domingos Guarda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to SC Agracoes getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Gervásio Leme hit a great ball. Adelino Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Domingos Guarda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domingos Guarda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Alcântara in the 69th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Saxolas SX's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gervásio Leme fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Viriato Mendonça blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Quintino Figueira having to make a save. If Gervásio Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
