Arez's Sabino Festas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Álvaro Torres in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th match minute, Arez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amílcar Figueira to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Carlos Moniz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sabino Festas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Goals On Your Net walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
