Armando Soeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo Dias hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Pedro Vasconcelos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Dantas having to make a save. Armando Soeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Dantas having to interfere. Paulo Dias took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angélico Antunes. Angélico Antunes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Angélico Antunes didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Santana's Bento Andrade shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Bento Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angélico Antunes having to interfere. Bento Andrade might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angélico Antunes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bento Andrade ran back to his position shaking his head. Armando Soeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Dantas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armando Soeiro's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. The supporters of Eskimokas booed when Santana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Alves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Vasconcelos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eskimokas's Angélico Antunes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Eskimokas from getting a goal against them. When Reginaldo Carrasqueira fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eskimokas's protests and gave Reginaldo Carrasqueira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd minute, Reginaldo Carrasqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angélico Antunes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bento Andrade in the 47th minute.

Armando Soeiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Dantas having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Bento Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santana's supporters rose to their feet, but Bento Andrade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angélico Antunes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Bento Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eskimokas's Angélico Antunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Ferro in the 76th minute of play. Josué Horta's late challenge caught a Santana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Josué Horta helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st minute, Josué Horta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Ferro in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angélico Antunes saved Eskimokas from getting behind. Jorge Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Angélico Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Vasconcelos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Dantas having to interfere.
