Clube de Ovar's Cláudio Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Anjos in the 18th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Clube de Ovar's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Valente came free, but Cláudio Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Sixto Quinteros notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of AC DSI's Eusébio Carneiro. Eusébio Carneiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sixto Quinteros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cláudio Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Pinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Cláudio Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Garcia in the 28th minute of the match. Sixto Quinteros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diogo Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Carneiro having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Sixto Quinteros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Anjos in the 43rd minute of play forced Clube de Ovar's goalkeeper Cláudio Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clube de Ovar's Cláudio Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Anjos in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC DSI's goalkeeper Eusébio Carneiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Pedro Anjos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Clube de Ovar's Diogo Matos in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC DSI's goalie prevented a goal. Eusébio Carneiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diogo Matos went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Diogo Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Eusébio Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute Diogo Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Garcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Cláudio Reis made a huge save. Paulo Valente received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cláudio Reis came out and tried to block the shot, but Paulo Valente slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 72nd minute. Alexandre Pires made in the 79th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Sixto Quinteros immediately put the ball in play. After a rather tough play, Clube de Ovar's Diogo Matos got a free kick in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Clube de Ovar's goalkeeper Cláudio Reis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Garcia. Diogo Matos scored 3-2 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eusébio Carneiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Sixto Quinteros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusébio Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Quinteros in the 92nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Garcia in the 94th minute of play forced Clube de Ovar's goalkeeper Cláudio Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cláudio Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Pinto in the 95th minute of the match. A collision led to Clube de Ovar getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Rui Moura hit a great ball. Clube de Ovar's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
