Spectators: 6667 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Paulo Salgado kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Lamedo's Mateus Marinho got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Lisandro Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Junco's supporters rose to their feet, but Lisandro Marques was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Januário Amado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulo Salgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Januário Amado having to interfere. Valério Fragoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sidónio Delgado's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Cesário Garcez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sidónio Delgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valério Fragoso having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Cesário Garcez notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SC Junco's Valério Fragoso. Valério Fragoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Januário Amado came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Junco's Lisandro Marques. But to his dismay, Lisandro Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 29 minutes into the match, Lisandro Marques had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Januário Amado. Lamedo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lisandro Marques was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the last second Januário Amado throw himself and got hold of the ball when Nivaldo Neves in the 38thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 43rd minute of the match Ilídio Barbosa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Januário Amado showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cesário Garcez made a kick off. Paulo Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sidónio Delgado got free with Valério Fragoso in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes into the game, Lisandro Marques cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Januário Amado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 72 minutes, Lisandro Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Junco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lisandro Marques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulo Salgado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Januário Amado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Marques in the 76th minute of play forced Lamedo's goalkeeper Januário Amado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sidónio Delgado struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Valério Fragoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lamedo. Paulo Salgado scored 4-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Januário Amado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd match minute, SC Junco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teófilo Carvalhal to maneuver through the defense. Valério Fragoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sidónio Delgado in the 85th minute. Valério Fragoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cesário Garcez's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Nivaldo Neves hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match.
