Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) António Borba made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the match, Trilho's goal looked a bit too open when José Ferreira came free, but Rodolfo Severo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolfo Severo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Ferreira in the 8th minute of the match. Nivaldo Infante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Vítor Faro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Vítor Faro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodolfo Severo. Trilho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vítor Faro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 21 minutes into the game, Nivaldo Infante cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Joaquim Reis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luís Campos charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luís Campos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Maceira FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Luís Campos hit a great ball. Joaquim Reis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but António Borba showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 33 minute of play. António Borba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Reis having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Nivaldo Infante managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trilho's supporters rose to their feet, but Nivaldo Infante was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquim Reis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joaquim Reis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of António Borba's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Vítor Faro made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Nivaldo Infante notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Maceira FC's Joaquim Reis. Joaquim Reis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 58th minute, one of Trilho:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Trilho. Joaquim Reis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from António Borba went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Maceira FC's Joaquim Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nivaldo Infante in the 69th minute of play. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maceira FC's goalkeeper Joaquim Reis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Gueifão kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute of the match Tobias Bezerra sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquim Reis skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Maceira FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Pedro Barbosa hit a great ball. António Borba scored 6-2 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquim Reis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Maceira FC's zone, Nivaldo Infante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquim Reis came out of the goal and Nivaldo Infante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joaquim Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Borba, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Joaquim Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Borba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling António Borba in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquim Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joaquim Reis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mauro Salazar went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-2 was the resulting score. Trilho's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
