Hermes Veríssimo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte Luz in the 28th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Ramôa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Martins came free, but António Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match Lucílio Brito sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but António Fernandes skillfully saved the ball. After 34 minutes, Domingos Soares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ramôa FC and the LA UNION F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

António Fernandes came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by LA UNION F.C's Gaspar Pais. But to his dismay, Gaspar Pais quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. A collision led to Ramôa FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Xavier Martins hit a great ball. Hermes Veríssimo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte Luz in the 60th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, LA UNION F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Moniz came free, but Hermes Veríssimo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. António Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Pais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute of the match João Figueiredo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hermes Veríssimo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. António Fernandes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Pais in the 78th minute of the match. Cristiano Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. António Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Gaspar Pais took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for António Fernandes to make any attempt to save it. Raul Moniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duarte Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Hermes Veríssimo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LA UNION F.C's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
