Lucílio Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristóvão Amaral having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, ISC SOBREIRENSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Torres to maneuver through the defense. Wilson Henriques shot from long distance in the 29th minute, but Cristóvão Amaral was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Gabriel Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Mateus Brochado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucílio Mendes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Cristóvão Amaral when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gabriel Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match.

In the 52nd minute Lucílio Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristóvão Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristóvão Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucílio Mendes in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th match minute, ISC SOBREIRENSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Neves to maneuver through the defense. Mateus Lencastre might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristóvão Amaral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mateus Lencastre ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristóvão Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucílio Mendes in the 64th minute of the match. After 65 played minutes ISC SOBREIRENSE got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Machado. In the 71st minute Mateus Lencastre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristóvão Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristóvão Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateus Lencastre in the 73rd minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Lucílio Mendes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristóvão Amaral. ISC SOBREIRENSE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucílio Mendes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The supporters of SC Casainho booed when ISC SOBREIRENSE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diogo Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute Lucílio Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristóvão Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Torres's late challenge caught a SC Casainho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabriel Torres helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th minute, Gabriel Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SC Casainho fully deserved thier win.
