Timóteo Semedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Timóteo Semedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Anjos, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After a defensive mix-up in A.C.D.R Caxinas's zone, Alexandre Oliveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timóteo Semedo came out of the goal and Alexandre Oliveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Timóteo Semedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alexandre Oliveira's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Olmos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandre Oliveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexandre Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Timóteo Semedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fábio Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Fábio Marques ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Timóteo Semedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. After a rather tough play, A.C.D.R Caxinas's Angelo Dias got a free kick in the 75th minute. Alexandre Oliveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timóteo Semedo came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Olmos's Fábio Marques. But to his dismay, Fábio Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Olmos's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
