Spectators: 6657 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nuno Mendes got the match started through his kick off. Vasco Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Abel Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasco Santarém in the 10th minute of the match. Macieira's Vítor Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Mendes in the 13th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filipe Pais during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Macieira's Filipe Pais got a free kick in the 16th minute. Vasco Santarém struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Vítor Soares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peixeninho. After 19 played minutes Macieira got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Furtado. Vasco Santarém recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nuno Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Vítor Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute Nuno Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vasco Sá charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vasco Sá the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Macieira getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Vasco Sá hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Peixeninho's goalkeeper Abel Martins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vasco Sá. Vasco Santarém fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Soares having to interfere. Vítor Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasco Santarém in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to Peixeninho getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Inácio Fernandes hit a great ball. Paulo Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Martins having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vasco Sá got free with Abel Martins in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulo Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Abel Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paulo Neves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Macieira's Vítor Soares got control of the ball when Vasco Santarém tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute, Peixeninho's Nuno Mendes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Peixeninho's Nuno Mendes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vítor Soares. That made the score 0-2 after 61 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuno Mendes in the 66th minute of play forced Macieira's goalkeeper Vítor Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasco Sá in the 70th minute of the match. Vítor Soares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vasco Santarém in the 72nd minute. 1-2 became the score in the 74th minute when Paulo Neves elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Paulo Neves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abel Martins read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th match minute, Peixeninho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inácio Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. Vítor Soares made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Vasco Santarém sent off a good shot on target. Vasco Santarém who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Vítor Soares when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 85th minute, Filipe Pais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Nuno Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramiro Bandeira hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. When Inácio Fernandes fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peixeninho's protests and gave Inácio Fernandes a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Peixeninho getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Inácio Fernandes hit a great ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Peixeninho eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
