Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lagedo FC's Carlos Torres started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the F.C.Olival defense, Carlos Torres kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens Igelström. The F.C.Olival fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens Igelström should have stopped the shot. Rodrigo Morais's late challenge caught a F.C.Olival's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Morais helped the player get up and apologised. F.C.Olival's Ricardo Esteves was substituted for Eusébio Ramos. Silvano Graça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maikel Boven in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of F.C.Olival booed when Lagedo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute Elias Cavalcante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Graça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Emanuel Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lagedo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C.Olival the free kick. In the 22nd match minute, Lagedo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Silvano Graça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Miguel Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Graça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Torres might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jens Igelström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Torres ran back to his position shaking his head. F.C.Olival's Jens Igelström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Morais in the 40th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maikel Boven was the one to do the kick off. Miguel Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Silvano Graça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Maikel Boven had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Graciano Sacramento fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lagedo FC's protests and gave Graciano Sacramento a yellow card for diving instead. Graciano Sacramento hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the F.C.Olival defense, Rodrigo Morais kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens Igelström. The F.C.Olival fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens Igelström should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Elias Cavalcante's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvano Graça was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Jens Igelström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Morais in the 64th minute of play. Alexandre Pereira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lagedo FC's Silvano Graça proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Lagedo FC from getting a goal against them. Emanuel Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Jens Igelström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 82 minutes Lagedo FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ricardo Esteves who took care of the corner kick. Ricardo Esteves made a great header on F.C.Olival's corner, it was just that Lagedo FC's Silvano Graça managed to reach the ball for a save. Silvano Graça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Pacheco in the 83rd minute of play. Alexandre Pereira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvano Graça read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Jens Igelström came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Lagedo FC's Rodrigo Morais. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Morais quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 92 minutes into the game, Ricardo Barros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C.Olival's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lagedo FC the free kick. Ricardo Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The Lagedo FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
