The supporters of MANCHESTER UNITED booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antal Valentin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robben Montens kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After 13 minutes MANCHESTER UNITED's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuzman Leyarski in the 16th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Antal Valentin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Pavel Kuzev kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Kuzman Leyarski came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MANCHESTER UNITED's Anton Lalchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Major Barna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anton Lalchev was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Anton Lalchev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 32nd minute of the match. Anton Lalchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 33rd minute of play. Paun Ginov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vörös Henrik to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Kuzev in the 43rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Lalchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kuzman Leyarski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, MANCHESTER UNITED's Anton Lalchev got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 58th minute of the match, Antal Valentin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Anton Lalchev was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Klement Harasimowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. MANCHESTER UNITED's Anton Lalchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 69th minute of play. Antal Valentin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Anton Lalchev firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anton Lalchev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuzman Leyarski in the 76th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hegedus Henrik's late challenge caught a MANCHESTER UNITED's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hegedus Henrik helped the player get up and apologised. Hegedus Henrik hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute, Kuzman Leyarski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th minute, Szekeres Tamas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Major Barna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anton Lalchev having to make a save. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
