Inácio Brito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. André Dantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fábio Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. With 28 minutes on the clock, Fernando Dantas commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Codeceda booed when Ovoa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Dantas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Codeceda booed when Ovoa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Amauri Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Inácio Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. André Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonso Moreira in the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ovoa's Teodoro Garcia got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Teodoro Garcia hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Cândido Faria hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Inácio Brito made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Amauri Souza sent off a good shot on target. Amauri Souza succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-2 in the 76th playminute. Inácio Brito made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Amauri Souza sent off a good shot on target. When Amauri Souza came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Ovoa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amauri Souza couldn't finish the play. Inácio Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amauri Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute.
