Spectators: 6966 (Terracing: 5200, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 110) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Reinaldo Leal started the match with the kick off. Lázaro Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Herberto Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aloísio Severo having to interfere. Lázaro Diass short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Sebastião Pedroso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Aloísio Severo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herberto Souto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Valério Onofre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Gondifellos FC's Sebastião Macedo got a free kick in the 18th minute. The attack was good, but when Herberto Souto in the 19th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Aloísio Severo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valério Onofre went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Herberto Souto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Gondifellos FC's zone, Herberto Souto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aloísio Severo came out of the goal and Herberto Souto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sol da Caparica's Valério Onofre got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gondifellos FC's goalkeeper Aloísio Severo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valério Onofre stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aloísio Severo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valério Onofre showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 52 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valério Onofre in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aloísio Severo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sebastião Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Reinaldo Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aloísio Severo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herberto Souto in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gondifellos FC's goalkeeper Aloísio Severo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aloísio Severo was a little too slow when Valério Onofre got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-3. Valério Onofre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aloísio Severo having to make a save. Gondifellos FC's Aloísio Severo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valério Onofre in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sol da Caparica's Valério Onofre got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The Gondifellos FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sol da Caparica were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
