Inácio Freitas was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 22nd minute. Aston Villa's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 87th minute Inácio Freitas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Jordão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amado Jordão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Bernardes in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st match minute, Cambres FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Espinosa to maneuver through the defense. Amado Jordão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Inácio Freitas's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Inácio Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aston Villa's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
