Nuno Matias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laurentino Lisboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Laurentino Lisboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Di Bin Ao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomás Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 60thth minute of the game Di Bin Ao who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.D.do Outeiro's Laurentino Lisboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 66 played minutes C.D.do Outeiro got a freekick which was hit by Luís Meireles. Palmiro Vigário charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. A beautiful save bye C.D.do Outeiro's goalie prevented a goal. After 92 played minutes Gatoes FC got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Matias. Gatoes FC played a much better game than C.D.do Outeiro and deserved their victory. The C.D.do Outeiro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
