Spectators: 6675 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 0) Abel Marques made the kick off and thus started the match. 15 minutes into the game, André Rodrigues recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rogério Queirós. André Rodrigues showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 19 minutes into the match, Bartolo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Marques came free, but Rogério Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Bartolo FC's Rogério Queirós got control of the ball when Paulo Vieira tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 22 minutes, André Rodrigues mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palhagueira and the Bartolo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. André Rodrigues kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. When Abel Marques fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palhagueira's protests and gave Abel Marques a yellow card for diving instead. After 24 played minutes Palhagueira got a freekick which was hit by Abel Marques. Bartolo FC's Rogério Queirós proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Bartolo FC from getting a goal against them. Alexandre Lisboa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Américo Gaspar having to make a save. Reginaldo Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Américo Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogério Queirós was a little too slow when Abel Marques got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Vieira in the 55th minute of play forced Bartolo FC's goalkeeper Rogério Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Paulo Vieira fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palhagueira's protests and gave Paulo Vieira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, Paulo Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute, Abel Marques got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 65 minutes, Reginaldo Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bartolo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reginaldo Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexandre Lisboa might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Américo Gaspar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexandre Lisboa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 74th minute, André Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rogério Queirós was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 78 minutes into the game, one of Bartolo FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Lucas Gueifão walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Reginaldo Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adérito Morais's late challenge caught a Palhagueira's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adérito Morais helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bartolo FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Adérito Morais hit a great ball. Bartolo FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Palhagueira had won, even though Bartolo FC had held more of the ball.
