Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vidmantas Vaitkus kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Vidmantas Vaitkus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Américo Gaspar was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vidmantas Vaitkus in the 8th minute of play forced Palhagueira's goalkeeper Américo Gaspar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Vidmantas Vaitkus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Américo Gaspar. Palhagueira's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vidmantas Vaitkus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Palhagueira's Fábio Bessa got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute of the match Sérgio Paredes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Américo Gaspar skillfully saved the ball. Álvaro Ramos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Vieira in the 40th minute. When Vidmantas Vaitkus came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Canários da marialva fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vidmantas Vaitkus couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Abel Marques hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Álvaro Ramos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Vieira's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Canários da marialva's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Vieira came free, but Álvaro Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Américo Gaspar was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Vidmantas Vaitkus capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vidmantas Vaitkus really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. After a rather tough play, Canários da marialva's Vítor Castro got a free kick in the 67th minute. Álvaro Ramos came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Palhagueira's Abel Marques. But to his dismay, Abel Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Faro in the 76th minute of play forced Canários da marialva's goalkeeper Álvaro Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Vidmantas Vaitkus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vidmantas Vaitkus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Américo Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th match minute, Palhagueira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. Canários da marialva were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Palhagueira to leave the ground with a draw.
