In the 6th minute, Plácido Semedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Óscar Freire hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FdP clan's José Gueifão got a free kick in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Leme in the 15th minute of play forced FdP clan's goalkeeper Amadeu Guerreiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Mazinho Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Castilho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Mareco's Bruno Leme ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amadeu Guerreiro. Amadeu Guerreiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 23rd minute, Óscar Freire left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mareco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Amadeu Guerreiro was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Óscar Freire capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Óscar Freire really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Domingos Castilho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mazinho Travassos's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FdP clan's zone, Caio lacerda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeu Guerreiro came out of the goal and Caio lacerda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FdP clan's Amadeu Guerreiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save FdP clan from getting a goal against them. Amadeu Guerreiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Óscar Freire showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 43 minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, FdP clan's goal looked a bit too open when Caio lacerda came free, but Amadeu Guerreiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute Bruno Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Guerreiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mazinho Travassos to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Mareco's goalkeeper Domingos Castilho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mazinho Travassos. Domingos Castilho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexandre Guerreiro in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, FdP clan's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Leme came free, but Amadeu Guerreiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeu Guerreiro came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Mareco's Óscar Freire. But to his dismay, Óscar Freire quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After 63 minutes, António Moreira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FdP clan and the Mareco players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, FdP clan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Moreira to maneuver through the defense. Plácido Semedo hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Plácido Semedo got a throw-in 70 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Álvaro Magalhães. Emílio Santarém kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After 75 played minutes Mareco got a freekick which was hit by Sabino Menezes. Amadeu Guerreiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caio lacerda in the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Leme in the 82nd minute of play forced FdP clan's goalkeeper Amadeu Guerreiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Bruno Leme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeu Guerreiro. FdP clan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Leme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. 97 minutes into the match, FdP clan's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Leme came free, but Amadeu Guerreiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
