Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when João Balsemão took the kick off in the first half of the match. Palmiro Salgueiro's late challenge caught a SC Patacao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Palmiro Salgueiro helped the player get up and apologised. Palmiro Salgueiro hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. David Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Silva having to interfere. The supporters of Gamacha FC booed when SC Patacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júlio Cunha didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gamacha FC's João Balsemão in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Patacao's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Norberto Cabral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gamacha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Norberto Cabral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogério Tavares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rogério Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Balsemão in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of Gamacha FC booed when SC Patacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 28 minutes, Norberto Cabral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gamacha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norberto Cabral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Norberto Cabral notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of SC Patacao's Rogério Tavares. Rogério Tavares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 36 played minutes Gamacha FC got a freekick which was hit by Germano Bacelar. Gamacha FC's Leonardo Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Carvalho in the 39th minute of play. Leonardo Silva came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by SC Patacao's David Carvalho. But to his dismay, David Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Júlio Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Rogério Tavares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Balsemão in the 45th minute of the match. When Paulo Pires fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Patacao's protests and gave Paulo Pires a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Gamacha FC's João Balsemão dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Carvalho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game João Balsemão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Patacao's Rogério Tavares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 56th minute, João Balsemão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rogério Tavares was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The supporters of SC Patacao booed when Gamacha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristóvão Prada didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the match, João Balsemão had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rogério Tavares. SC Patacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Balsemão was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. João Balsemão struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Rogério Tavares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gamacha FC. Palmiro Salgueiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogério Tavares having to interfere. If João Balsemão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Norberto Cabral might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rogério Tavares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Norberto Cabral ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, João Balsemão put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rogério Tavares. Norberto Cabral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Rogério Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Norberto Cabral notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of SC Patacao's Rogério Tavares. Rogério Tavares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Cândido Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norberto Cabral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fábio Amaro hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. If Norberto Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
