Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Donato Figueira started the match with the kick off. Mariano Pinho scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gualter Gameiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Jaime Macedo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Gualter Gameiro to make any attempt to save it. When Espalhafatos FC's Israel Mendiko in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bertufo FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Israel Mendiko in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gualter Gameiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. João Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Nuno Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Donato Figueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Bertufo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Macedo came free, but Gualter Gameiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Espalhafatos FC's goalkeeper Nuno Oliveira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jaime Macedo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gualter Gameiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Jaime Macedo slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Mendiko in the 36th minute of play forced Bertufo FC's goalkeeper Gualter Gameiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gualter Gameiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Pinho in the 38th minute. Mariano Pinho scored 4-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gualter Gameiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gualter Gameiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Israel Mendiko's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Alexandre Pádua kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Gualter Gameiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Macedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Israel Mendiko made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Mendiko in the 52nd minute of play forced Bertufo FC's goalkeeper Gualter Gameiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 54 minutes, Jaime Macedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espalhafatos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Macedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. João Vasconcelos hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Gualter Gameiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Israel Mendiko's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Celso Poças charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celso Poças the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th minute, Celso Poças hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Israel Mendiko took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gualter Gameiro. Gualter Gameiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 72nd minute, Donato Figueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delfim Fonseca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gualter Gameiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Nuno Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Figueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. João Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Nuno Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Israel Mendiko scored 7-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gualter Gameiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Espalhafatos FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
