Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Reginaldo Madureira started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Francisco Caldeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Guerreiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Calimeros's zone, Francisco Caldeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquim Guerreiro came out of the goal and Francisco Caldeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute, Rodrigo Magalhães made a precise shot to the right of Afonso Couto. Regatos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The supporters of Regatos booed when Calimeros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute Vítor Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonso Couto came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Calimeros's Rodrigo Magalhães. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Magalhães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 21 minutes into the game, Leonardo Raposo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Regatos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calimeros the free kick. Rodrigo Magalhães's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afonso Couto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Calimeros's goalkeeper Joaquim Guerreiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Reginaldo Madureira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Guerreiro having to interfere. Rodrigo Magalhães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Couto having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Rodrigo Magalhães made a precise shot to the right of Afonso Couto. Regatos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Rodrigo Magalhães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Couto having to interfere. If Vítor Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 58th minute, Marco Cardoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Amorim in the 67th minute of play forced Regatos's goalkeeper Afonso Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Afonso Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigo Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Afonso Couto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Rodrigo Magalhães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vítor Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Couto having to interfere. When Calimeros's Rodrigo Magalhães in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Regatos's goalie prevented a goal. Vítor Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th match minute, Regatos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moisés Moita to maneuver through the defense. Joaquim Guerreiro came out of the goal and Francisco Caldeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the match, Vítor Amorim notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Regatos's Afonso Couto. Afonso Couto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Calimeros had played much better football throughout.
