If Gonçalo Barroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jerzy Domeracki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Barroso in the 24th minute of play. Eduardo Valentim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Browald in the 26th minute of the match. In the 30thth minute of the game Paulo Monteiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ribeirinho FC's Eduardo Valentim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of FC BeetWinner booed when Ribeirinho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bento Henriques didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eduardo Valentim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 36 minutes, Gonçalo Barroso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ribeirinho FC and the FC BeetWinner players grew even worse after the yellow card. Daniel Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Eduardo Valentim made a huge save. Dennis Di Berardino struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Eduardo Valentim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC BeetWinner. Paulo Monteiro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Eduardo Valentim when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Paulo Monteiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ribeirinho FC's goalkeeper Eduardo Valentim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Marco Lisboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to FC BeetWinner getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Daniel Sousa hit a great ball. The supporters of FC BeetWinner booed when Ribeirinho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo Monteiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Valentim having to interfere. Paulo Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Eduardo Valentim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC BeetWinner's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
