Spectators: 7074 (Terracing: 5414, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mário Ramos got the match started through his kick off. Estrela das Praias's Veríssimo Neiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mário Ramos in the 5th minute of play. Mário Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Veríssimo Neiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Estrela das Praias's goal looked a bit too open when Mário Ramos came free, but Veríssimo Neiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 9 minutes, Elias Sabrosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estrela das Praias and the FC PaNNaShoW players grew even worse after the yellow card. Afonso Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Lobo in the 12th minute of the match. António Macedos short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Veríssimo Neiva to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alexandre Lobo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Afonso Freitas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolau Curado, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Nicolau Curado's late challenge caught a FC PaNNaShoW's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicolau Curado helped the player get up and apologised. Nicolau Curado hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Gabriel Bacelar took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Afonso Freitas. Afonso Freitas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Afonso Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Lobo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FC PaNNaShoW defense, Alexandre Lobo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Afonso Freitas. The FC PaNNaShoW fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Afonso Freitas should have stopped the shot. Gabriel Bacelar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Afonso Freitas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexandre Lobo went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. António Macedo made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 36thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Veríssimo Neiva would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Alexandre Lobo made the kick off in the second half. Mário Ramos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 55th minute of the match, Nicolau Curado got a very nice opportunity to score, but Afonso Freitas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Elias Sabrosa got his second yellow card in the match during the 61st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 61st match minute, Estrela das Praias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Sabrosa to maneuver through the defense. Fernando Gomes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Veríssimo Neiva. Estrela das Praias's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mário Ramos in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Veríssimo Neiva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gabriel Bacelar struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Afonso Freitas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estrela das Praias. Veríssimo Neiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Macedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, FC PaNNaShoW's Afonso Freitas got control of the ball when Gabriel Bacelar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th minute, Gabriel Bacelar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afonso Freitas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 83rd minute, António Macedo made a precise shot to the right of Veríssimo Neiva. Estrela das Praias's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. António Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Veríssimo Neiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee showed Alexandre Lobo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC PaNNaShoW's Adolfo Campos was substituted for George Berceanu. In the 96th match minute, Estrela das Praias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Lobo to maneuver through the defense. Estrela das Praias's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
