Spectators: 7188 (Terracing: 5448, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 70) Simão Carvalhais made the kick off and thus started the match. Gualter Amaro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexandre Soares having to make a save. When Cândido Regalado came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Suzao FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cândido Regalado couldn't finish the play. Reginaldo Valério sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexandre Soares came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Boxinos FC's Aris Konstantakis. But to his dismay, Aris Konstantakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Suzao FC's Angélico Carreira got a free kick in the 21st minute. After having played for 26 minutes, Aris Konstantakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boxinos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aris Konstantakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marciano Gomesano was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Simão Carvalhais capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Simão Carvalhais really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Aris Konstantakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emílio Valverde in the 36th minute of play forced Boxinos FC's goalkeeper Marciano Gomesano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marciano Gomesano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simão Carvalhais, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Aris Konstantakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Alexandre Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eurico Gouveia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 47 minutes of play, Boxinos FC's Aris Konstantakis made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexandre Soares was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aris Konstantakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aris Konstantakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Suzao FC's Alexandre Soares got control of the ball when Aris Konstantakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eurico Gouveia's late challenge caught a Suzao FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eurico Gouveia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd match minute, Boxinos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eurico Gouveia to maneuver through the defense. Alexandre Soares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aris Konstantakis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 64 minute of play. When Reginaldo Valério came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Boxinos FC fans jumped to their feet. In the 79th minute Cândido Regalado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Gomesano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boxinos FC's Marciano Gomesano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Carvalhais in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st match minute, Boxinos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Jordão to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Suzao FC defense, Aris Konstantakis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexandre Soares. The Suzao FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexandre Soares should have stopped the shot. If Reginaldo Valério had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Boxinos FC fans' excitement grew in the 98th match minute when Boxinos FC's Aris Konstantakis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Suzao FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Boxinos FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
