Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edgar Lobo made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 7 minutes, António Matias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Selao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but António Matias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hélio Morais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Jorge Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, SC Lagielas's goal looked a bit too open when António Matias came free, but Carlos Moniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gabriel Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Moniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from António Matias in the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Lagielas's goalkeeper Carlos Moniz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jorge Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Lobo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Edgar Lobo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Edgar Lobo managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Lagielas's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Lobo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Soares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when António Matias made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, SC Lagielas's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Pinho came free, but Carlos Moniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hélio Morais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Soares having to interfere. Edgar Lobo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorge Soares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Carlos Moniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Pinho in the 59th minute of play. António Matias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Moniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simão Ramos in the 70th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes SC Lagielas got a freekick which was hit by Nivaldo Neiva. Gabriel Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Moniz having to interfere. Simão Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Moniz having to interfere. In the 94th match minute, Selao FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simão Ramos to maneuver through the defense. Jorge Soares made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Hélio Morais sent off a good shot on target. Selao FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing SC Lagielas to leave the ground with a draw.
