SC Rinchoa's Hermenegildo Lousada got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hermenegildo Lousada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rafael Albuquerque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Hermes Regalado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Maurício Infante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the game, SC Rinchoa's Hermenegildo Lousada nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermes Regalado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rui Estrada in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck André Moreira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rui Estrada in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Moreira saved SC Rinchoa from getting behind. Noel Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Moreira having to interfere. When Sameirix's Rui Estrada, in the 19th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Sameirix. Noel Mendonça recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. André Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Estrada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermes Regalado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 26thth minute of the game Rui Estrada who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Rinchoa's André Moreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute, Noel Mendonça got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 33 minutes, Ricardo Brito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sameirix and the SC Rinchoa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ricardo Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. If Noel Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hermenegildo Lousada was the one to do the kick off. Rui Estrada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 played minutes, Sameirix's Plácido Sanches shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper André Moreira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sameirix reached it. 59 minutes into the match, Sameirix's goal looked a bit too open when Hermenegildo Lousada came free, but Hermes Regalado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Rui Estrada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sameirix's Rui Estrada got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. André Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Estrada, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Hermes Regalado was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hermenegildo Lousada showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 78 minute of play. Sameirix's Hermes Regalado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermenegildo Lousada in the 93rd minute of play. Hermenegildo Lousada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermes Regalado having to interfere. The SC Rinchoa players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
