Spectators: 6654 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Raul Severo kicked off to start the match. Timóteo Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipe Moniz in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Lobato's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Gomes came free, but Timóteo Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eusébio Amaro made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Sebastião Mota sent off a good shot on target. Vicente Gomes struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Timóteo Mendonça didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ancede. 13 minutes into the match, Ancede's goalkeeper Eusébio Amaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastião Mota. After taking down the ball on Ancede's corner Afonso Brás fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Timóteo Mendonça quite easily take care of the ball. In the 23rd minute, Filipe Moniz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Timóteo Mendonça was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Filipe Moniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Timóteo Mendonça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ademar Setúbal kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Vicente Gomes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ancede fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Filipe Moniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute Vicente Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timóteo Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Lobato's zone, Vicente Gomes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timóteo Mendonça came out of the goal and Vicente Gomes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 40 minutes, Filipe Moniz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ancede's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filipe Moniz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filipe Moniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timóteo Mendonça having to interfere. Mário Rangel kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th match minute, Lobato was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ademar Setúbal to maneuver through the defense. After 46 played minutes, Ancede's Afonso Brás shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Timóteo Mendonça came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ancede reached it. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filipe Moniz made a kick off. Timóteo Mendonça made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Gomes in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipe Moniz in the 56th minute of play forced Lobato's goalkeeper Timóteo Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Raul Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filipe Moniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ancede getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Joaquim Matias hit a great ball. After 65 played minutes, Lobato's Rafael Carvalhal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eusébio Amaro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lobato reached it. The supporters of Ancede booed when Lobato was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabiano Sesimbra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filipe Moniz might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Timóteo Mendonça. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filipe Moniz ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Severo in the 74th minute of play forced Ancede's goalkeeper Eusébio Amaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timóteo Mendonça stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Filipe Moniz's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Timóteo Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipe Moniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Vicente Gomes notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Lobato's Timóteo Mendonça. Timóteo Mendonça was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Inácio Machado's late challenge caught a Lobato's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inácio Machado helped the player get up and apologised. Rafael Carvalhal was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ancede's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
