Vicente Fagundes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Catarino Amorim in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Fagundes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Pedro Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reinaldo Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Cristiano Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Vieiros's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristiano Cruz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Campos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Vasconcelos FC's Joaquim Matos got a free kick in the 95th minute. Reinaldo Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Campos having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
