Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) fabioteam's André Pessoa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dário Nóbrega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evandro Fontoura in the 3rd minute of play. Dário Nóbrega took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilário Barroso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dário Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juvenal Matias in the 5th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Marzagao FC's goal looked a bit too open when André Pessoa came free, but Eduardo Vasconcelos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elias Boaventura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dário Nóbrega read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jesualdo Aragão in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dário Nóbrega prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jesualdo Aragão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Marzagao FC booed when fabioteam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caio Guterres didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Marzagao FC's Elias Boaventura in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Dário Nóbrega didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elias Boaventura went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 31 played minutes fabioteam got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Gouveia. Jesualdo Aragão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Dário Nóbrega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolau Fagundes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Marzagao FC's Eduardo Vasconcelos got control of the ball when André Pessoa tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The wind increased when Elias Boaventura made the kick off in the second half. Juvenal Matias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Dário Nóbrega made a huge save. Dário Nóbrega made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Juvenal Matias sent off a good shot on target. fabioteam's Dário Nóbrega proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save fabioteam from getting a goal against them. Dário Nóbrega was a little too slow when Elias Boaventura got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-2. When Jesualdo Aragão, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 64 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Dário Nóbrega was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Boaventura in the 66th minute of play forced fabioteam's goalkeeper Dário Nóbrega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 71 minutes, Jesualdo Aragão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marzagao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesualdo Aragão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dário Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Boaventura in the 72nd minute of the match. Nicolau Fagundes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Marzagao FC's Rubim Cesário pulled a muscle in his back after 84 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Nicolau Fagundes fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored fabioteam's protests and gave Nicolau Fagundes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th match minute, fabioteam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolau Fagundes to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in fabioteam's zone, Jesualdo Aragão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dário Nóbrega came out of the goal and Jesualdo Aragão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jesualdo Aragão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dário Nóbrega having to interfere. Marzagao FC played a much better game than fabioteam and deserved their victory. The fabioteam players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
