In the 4th minute, Vicente Figueiredo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pipelo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, SC Ervideiro's goalkeeper Álvaro Pedroso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vicente Figueiredo. In the 13th match minute, Pipelo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Henriques to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 13 minutes, Basílio Simões managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Ervideiro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basílio Simões was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Vaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Humberto Ramos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Vaz ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vítor Mota got free with Álvaro Pedroso in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vicente Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Álvaro Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Lv Fan Jun took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Álvaro Pedroso to make any attempt to save it. Humberto Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Pacheco in the 25th minute of the match. Vicente Figueiredo struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Álvaro Pedroso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pipelo FC. In the 31st minute, Lv Fan Jun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Pipelo FC's Vicente Figueiredo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Álvaro Pedroso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Lv Fan Jun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lv Fan Jun in the 48th minute of play forced SC Ervideiro's goalkeeper Álvaro Pedroso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The supporters of SC Ervideiro booed when Pipelo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lv Fan Jun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Álvaro Pedroso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lv Fan Jun went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Bernardo Pacheco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 64 played minutes Pipelo FC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Brito. Pipelo FC's Lourenço Guerreiro was substituted for Vicente Figueiredo. Álvaro Pedroso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Ersman in the 69th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lv Fan Jun in the 72nd minute of play forced SC Ervideiro's goalkeeper Álvaro Pedroso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vítor Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Álvaro Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Álvaro Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lv Fan Jun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute there was a penalty for Pipelo FC. Andreas Ersman stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Álvaro Pedroso. 6-1. Lv Fan Jun scored 7-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Álvaro Pedroso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Álvaro Pedroso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lourenço Guerreiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. SC Ervideiro's Álvaro Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lv Fan Jun in the 99th minute of play. There was no doubt that Pipelo FC were the better team. Pipelo FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
