Spectators: 6678 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alexandre Henriques took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alexandre Henriques's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorge Rijo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th match minute, PORTAZUL A.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Mota to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Alexandre Henriques kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jorge Rijo. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Jorge Rijo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Henriques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th play minute Simão Antunes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jorge Rijo. 2-0. In the 16th match minute, Guilheta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonso Guarda to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Raposo, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simão Antunes got free with Jorge Rijo in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jorge Rijo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Henriques in the 29th minute of play. Bernardo Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Paiva in the 35th minute of the match. Guilheta's Bernardo Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Paiva in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Guilheta's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Paiva came free, but Bernardo Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Jorge Rijo managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Guilheta's Simão Antunes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 46 minutes into the match, Guilheta's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Raposo came free, but Bernardo Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Afonso Guarda fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guilheta's protests and gave Afonso Guarda a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th match minute, Guilheta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonso Guarda to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Paiva scored 2-1 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernardo Neto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Daniel Paiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Bernardo Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simão Antunes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexandre Henriques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bernardo Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Raposo in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to Guilheta getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Luís Faria hit a great ball. Jorge Rijo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simão Antunes in the 69th minute of the match. A collision led to Guilheta getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Alexandre Henriques hit a great ball. Diego Teixeira was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 76th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Faria during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. PORTAZUL A.C.'s Jorge Rijo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Antunes in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st match minute, PORTAZUL A.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amílcar Figueiredo to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Guilheta's Alexandre Henriques got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 89th minute PORTAZUL A.C. were awarded a corner. Diego Teixeira went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Diego Teixeira almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Guilheta's Bernardo Neto did a great save. Tomás Raposo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simão Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Rijo having to interfere. Guilheta were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of PORTAZUL A.C. for a fine match.
