Spectators: 6756 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 75) Pedro Pedroso made the kick off and thus started the match. 6 minutes into the match, Maios FC's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Mesquita came free, but Nuno Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Pedro Pedroso lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Alexandre Lucena. 11 minutes into the match, Golpilhal's goalkeeper Alexandre Lucena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Pedroso. Pedro Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Alexandre Lucena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Vasco Medeiros was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 19 minutes had been played. Vasco Medeiros kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Pedro Pedroso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alexandre Lucena. Pedro Pedroso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Pedro Pedroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Lucena having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Aguiar in the 28th minute of play forced Golpilhal's goalkeeper Alexandre Lucena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Lucena having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Golpilhal's goalkeeper Alexandre Lucena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Pedroso. Alexandre Lucena was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pedro Aguiar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 35 minute of play. In the 39th minute Durval Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Pedroso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Pedro Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maios FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Aguiar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Lucena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot 44 in the game by Pedro Pedroso from a close distance when the talented Alexandre Lucena managed to make a qualified save. Golpilhal's players were relieved. In the 46th play minute Pedro Pedroso came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alexandre Lucena. 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Maios FC made a substitution. António Branco replaced Babür Ayvaz. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baltasar Mesquita to make the kick off. Pedro Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Lucena having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, Pedro Aguiar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Alexandre Lucena was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maios FC's Pedro Aguiar pulled a muscle in his back after 61 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Adriano Cruz's late challenge caught a Maios FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adriano Cruz helped the player get up and apologised. Adriano Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Inácio Reis missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 64 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Alexandre Lucena right hand side. In the 68th match minute, Golpilhal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Lemos to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Pedro Pedroso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maios FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Pedroso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Lucena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 73 minutes into the match, Nuno Borba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexandre Lucena. Golpilhal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nuno Borba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 77th minute, Maios FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Baltasar Mesquita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Baltasar Mesquita hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Nuno Borba struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Alexandre Lucena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maios FC. Pedro Pedroso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexandre Lucena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Borba, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Maios FC fully deserved thier win.
