The crowd rose to their feet as Legoinha's Jacinto Ramos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of João Vale. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. After 21 minutes, Jacinto Ramos made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Regadas FC's João Vale tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Alexandre Magalhães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
