Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nando Santana started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Cândido Machado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nando Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Vítor Bento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor Bento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Nando Santana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vítor Bento was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nando Santana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Bento having to interfere. Vítor Bento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Santana in the 20th minute of play. After 26th play minutes Nando Santana shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Vítor Bento and just under the crossbar into goal. Nando Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nando Santana in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vítor Bento saved LA Sports from getting behind. After 34 played minutes Chelsea F.C got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Melo. Reinaldo Rangel came free in the 36th minute and tried to tip the ball over Cristiano Carneiro, but to the joy of Chelsea F.C's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. In the 38th match minute, Chelsea F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Pinto to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Saúl Pedroso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristiano Carneiro. That made the score 1-2 in the 42 minute of play. In the 48th match minute, LA Sports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alípio Vale to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saúl Pedroso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 63 played minutes Chelsea F.C got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Pinto. Cristiano Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Novais in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, LA Sports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angélico Ferro to maneuver through the defense. Rafael Moreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute, Nando Santana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Nando Santana sped through LA Sports's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vítor Bento. After a rather tough play, Chelsea F.C's Alexandre Melo got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 90thth minute of the game Nando Santana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LA Sports's Vítor Bento was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Francisco Pinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Vítor Bento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Rafael Moreira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chelsea F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. The LA Sports fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chelsea F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
