Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Juliano Carneiro got the match started through his kick off. Juliano Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Carragosa's Emanuel Mourão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vivaldo Pimenta in the 10th minute of play. After 11 played minutes SC Carragosa got a freekick which was hit by Delfim Vilas Boas. Lisandro Castelo Branco made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Plácido Peseiro sent off a good shot on target. José Ferraz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute, Vivaldo Pimenta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Mourão was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Lisandro Castelo Branco was a little too slow when Alfredo Montenegro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 1-1. Delfim Vilas Boas kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Ivo Balsemão took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emanuel Mourão. SC Carragosa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Juliano Carneiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lisandro Castelo Branco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Alfredo Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 40 played minutes SC Carragosa got a freekick which was hit by Simão Diegues. The SC Carragosa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Golden State Warriors were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vivaldo Pimenta made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Golden State Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nélson Vilas Boas to maneuver through the defense. Lisandro Castelo Branco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juliano Carneiro went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Joaquim Mascarenhas's late challenge caught a Golden State Warriors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquim Mascarenhas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to SC Carragosa getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Joaquim Mascarenhas hit a great ball. If Alfredo Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vivaldo Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Emanuel Mourão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ilídio Maia during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th minute, Ilídio Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd match minute, SC Carragosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Plácido Peseiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute of the match, Palmiro Bezerra tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Emanuel Mourão saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Vivaldo Pimenta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Emanuel Mourão skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 4-2 when Juliano Carneiro sped through Golden State Warriors's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lisandro Castelo Branco. SC Carragosa were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Golden State Warriors for a fine match.
