Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Renato Lessa took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 9th minute, one of Cartaxo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cartaxo. João Carvalheira shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. A collision led to Rosmaninhal FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. João Carvalheira hit a great ball. Flávio Guimarães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudemiro Lamego having to interfere. When Francisco Vilaça fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cartaxo's protests and gave Francisco Vilaça a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes Cartaxo got a freekick which was hit by Antero Leite. 21 minutes into the match, Rosmaninhal FC's João Carvalheira broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 22 minutes into the match, Cartaxo's goal looked a bit too open when Renato Lessa came free, but Lúcio Balsemão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 minutes, Renato Lessa made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cartaxo's Lúcio Balsemão tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Rosmaninhal FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. João Carvalheira hit a great ball. Lúcio Balsemão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Lessa in the 31st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renato Lessa in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lúcio Balsemão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cartaxo's Jacob Regalado got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flávio Guimarães's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Claudemiro Lamego skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 48th minute of the match Aldo Lameirinhas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudemiro Lamego skillfully saved the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Jacob Regalado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 53rd minute, Flávio Guimarães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Rosmaninhal FC's Renato Lessa in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cartaxo's goalie prevented a goal. Cartaxo's Flávio Guimarães got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Cartaxo fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Cartaxo's Flávio Guimarães looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Francisco Vilaça kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Claudemiro Lamego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Vilaça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jacob Regalado came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Cartaxo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacob Regalado couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Aloísio Barata managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosmaninhal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aloísio Barata was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lúcio Balsemão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rosmaninhal FC's Claudemiro Lamego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacob Regalado in the 81st minute of play. After 83 minutes, Moisés Sá mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cartaxo and the Rosmaninhal FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cartaxo! Lúcio Balsemão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aloísio Barata in the 92nd minute. Flávio Novais hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Claudemiro Lamego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacob Regalado in the 95th minute of the match. Jacob Regalado took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudemiro Lamego. Claudemiro Lamego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cartaxo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rosmaninhal FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
