Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joaquim Caires started the match with the kick off. The referee felt a red card was in order, 4 minutes into the game, when Eurico Viana put in a rough tackle. Eurico Viana hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. HИK Hajduk Marmeleira's Homero Balsemão took a good shot, in the 6th minute, which hit the crossbar above Adolfo Tomé's head, and flew over the goal. Valboense FC's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by HИK Hajduk Marmeleira. Valboense FC's Adolfo Tomé played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Gouveia in the 7th minute of play. Gil Mangueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Martinho Sequeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baltasar Ávila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15th play minutes Gil Mangueira shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Martinho Sequeira and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gil Mangueira in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martinho Sequeira saved HИK Hajduk Marmeleira from getting behind. Valboense FC's Adolfo Tomé played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Gouveia in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Gouveia in the 26th minute of play forced Valboense FC's goalkeeper Adolfo Tomé to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Gil Mangueira notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of HИK Hajduk Marmeleira's Martinho Sequeira. Martinho Sequeira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Martinho Sequeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil Mangueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Gil Mangueira put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Martinho Sequeira. Benedito Ferro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Martinho Sequeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baltasar Ávila hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The supporters of Valboense FC booed when HИK Hajduk Marmeleira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Laureano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Gil Mangueira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Martinho Sequeira. Gil Mangueira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gil Mangueira was the one to do the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, Valboense FC's Gil Mangueira made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martinho Sequeira was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to HИK Hajduk Marmeleira getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. António Amorim hit a great ball. HИK Hajduk Marmeleira's Homero Balsemão suffered a sore thigh after 58 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baltasar Ávila during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th minute, Baltasar Ávila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gil Mangueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Martinho Sequeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martinho Sequeira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gil Mangueira went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the HИK Hajduk Marmeleira defense, Gil Mangueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martinho Sequeira. The HИK Hajduk Marmeleira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martinho Sequeira should have stopped the shot. After 79th play minutes Gil Mangueira shot 8-0, a short shot which went by Martinho Sequeira and just under the crossbar into goal. Martinho Sequeira came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Valboense FC's Gil Mangueira. But to his dismay, Gil Mangueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xavier Neiva during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Valboense FC's Xavier Neiva got a free kick in the 95th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Valboense FC fully deserved thier win.
