Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 9 minutes into the match, CARREGA FC's Elias Gouveia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abel Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. João Poças fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Amorim having to interfere. CARREGA FC's João Poças got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute, David Valente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cancelo FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Elias Gouveia scored to the left of an out of position Abel Amorim, making the score, 0-1. In the 93rd minute, Elias Gouveia made a precise shot to the right of Abel Amorim. Cancelo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. When the final whistle sounded CARREGA FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cancelo FC.
